About Me

Turning complexity into scalable product experiences

I’m Paula, a Lead Product Designer shaping strategy and leading end-to-end design across B2B and B2C SaaS products in fintech, insurtech, sports tech, and language services. I specialize in turning complex problems into scalable, thoughtful solutions. That might mean building high-performing teams, creating design systems from the ground up, or aligning product and engineering around a shared vision.

At Propio, I’m leading the redesign of our product ecosystem across B2B and B2C platforms as we evolve toward a unified mega app experience. My work spans both product and systems. I’m rethinking how our products come together into a cohesive experience, partnering with leadership on product strategy, and working closely with engineering to build a scalable design system that enables speed and consistency. In parallel, I’m establishing design thinking practices and helping build a strong design foundation across the organization.

My work is grounded in user insight and focused on delivering measurable business impact. Outside of design, I’m often planning my next trip, playing fútbol, or spending time with my dog.
